Notices

Suspected Crime Reporting and Parent Notification: 
Pathways In Education enforces policies and procedures requiring all school personnel to promptly report any suspected crime that occurs on school property and involves a student, staff member, or school property. This includes the following: a dangerous offense, a deadly weapon or firearm on school grounds, serious physical injury, or any other crime defined by statute.  Reports shall be made to the appropriate local law enforcement agency and school administration either in person or by phone, followed by a written report if requested. Additionally, the parent or guardian of each student involved shall be notified as soon as possible. All reporting procedures will comply with the definitions and requirements outlined in A.R.S. § 15-153.
