Notice of Public Meetings
In compliance with A.R.S. §38-431.02, Pathways in Education – Arizona, Inc. (the “School”) provides notice of its governing board meetings, committee meetings, and subcommittee meetings. Notices will be posted at least 24 hours in advance at the following location:

Virtual Access:
Members of the public may observe and participate in meetings through virtual attendance using the dial-in information provided on each meeting’s agenda.
Meeting agendas, including date, time, location, and dial-in details, will also be available online under the “Meeting Agendas” section of this website.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on the agenda. If indicated in the agenda, the Board may also vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss specific agenda items.
