Mr.Barnes is the most caring Principal i have ever had. He helps does his best to help you if you need to talk or need help with getting food he’ll give you things to snack on. Miss. Mari is very nice and is very patient when she’s helping us with anything we need help on. She’ll take time out to help you. Miss. Z is very open and willing to sit and talk to you when you need to talk. She also will sit there and help you when you are stuck and will explain more further about the topic if needed. All in all this school is the most caring and non judgmental school that i’ve been to. They try their best to help you out in any way. They all care about us graduating!

Average Teacher Salaries

Year to year changes with the Pathways teacher population affect the average salary. Increases are given based on performance and years of service.

As an example, a teacher who has been with the school for 4 years may leave the school and be replaced with a brand new teacher. The substantial difference in years of service would lower the school’s average teacher salary.

The salary information does not include incentive or bonus pay.

  • Average salary of all teachers employed in current school year (2025 – 2026) – $58,915
  • Average salary of all teachers employed in the prior school year (2024-2025) – $57,684
  • Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year (2024-2025) – $1,231.00
  • Percent Increase – 2.1%
